I have 2 kids ages 25 & 21 now & am a single mom. Thank you so much for your help these past two weeks. Getting the Mustangs onto a collector car type of policy like Hagerty offers has been on my to-do list for a number of years. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim in that time...but unfortunately I've been missing out on the savings.

I am writing the memo to thank you and your staff for outstanding customer service in support of my recent claim. In our day to day busy schedules, good customer service is a given and often goes unacknowledged. When companies such as yours step up to the plate and go above and beyond to satisfy a client then I strongly believe that your business model and ethics set the standard for others to follow.
Without going into the gory details, my agent, Megan McConnell got involved with a third party accident claim of which I was not at fault. I had a clear paper trail and supporting evidence to support my case. The insured at fault was not willing to pay the full claim and the resultant was my vehicle was impounded by the repair shop. The insured would not send a check to pay for damages that were authorized by them to proceed with repair and rental car. My car had been impounded for more than 2 weeks and I was running up a huge rental car tab.
Ms. McConnell had conversations with the insured and was getting nowhere. She asked if I was willing to file the claim with Travelers and let them handle the process. From the time we got Travelers involved to the time I picked up my vehicle was less than 2 days processing time.
If it were not for Ms. McConnell’s tenacity and persistence, my vehicle would still be impounded.
As a business man myself, I look for associates with the problem solving attitude and tenacity to get the job done. Hats off to Ms. McConnell and because of her customer driven philosophy I am a Summit Insurance customer for life.
