What
is included in MyWave?
Document
Posting Center
The Document Posting
Center is an area on the MyWave homepages where your
Summit Insurance
representative can post downloadable documents for your use. Documents
are organized into categories such as Legislative News, Employee
Communications, and News From Your Broker.
Loss
Control
The Loss Control area of
MyWave contains the online OSHA log — a fast and convenient way to track
and analyze OSHA injuries and illnesses. After you enter your company
information, you can add, edit, and delete incidences from the log,
create reports and forms, and more.
Community
You can network with a vast, knowledgeable
network of colleagues from all over the country and share resources and
information with other MyWave users. The Communities interactive forum
allows you to post questions to your peers, provide insight into other
users’ questions, and subscribe to entire topics or individual questions
to be sure you receive all the latest information. Community topics
include Compensation, Employee Relations, HR Development, HR Management
Topics, Recruitment, Risk Management, and Other.
HealthShop
MyWave’s HealthShop supplies you with
comprehensive online content, as well as ready-to-print newsletters and
tip sheets for your employees that will help educate them about the
importance of making health care decisions, and how those decisions
impact the economics of health care.
Resource
Library
The MyWave Resource Library is a listing of
insurance, safety, human resources, and health care topics along with
pertinent Links and Articles about those topics. In addition, you are
notified if
Summit Insurance has
additional information about a particular topic, and you can send an
instant e-mail request for the information right from MyWave.
Online
Services
MyWave's Online Services
functions let you make requests for various services directly to
Summit Insurance's
customer service department. You can:

Administration
You can choose a MyWave
administrator to add and delete users from the system. The
Administration area of the site facilitates this function.
